TEACHING KITCHEN AT BMW
The Teaching Kitchen at BMW is designed to educate and inspire individuals to make healthy food choices while improving culinary skills and literacy. During this one-hour workshop, participants will receive their own ingredients and equipment to craft a nutrient-dense recipe and will be guided by a master chef and registered dietitian. Under the chef's guidance, participants will learn basic knife skills, essential chopping techniques, fundamentals of how we taste, and various other culinary lessons. Throughout the course of the workshop, they registered dietitian will explain the different nutrient profiles of ingredients and how they, when combined, make up a complete nutritious balance.

Department liaisons should reach out to Canteen at BMW's Teaching Kitchen Coordinator to schedule a workshop. Workshops are personalized for each group based off of skill level and group size. Registration is required.
